1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using UploadCopilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UploadCopilot is a software-as-a-service tool that uses AI to generate YouTube upload metadata (titles, tags, and descriptions) based on video briefs you provide. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is billed monthly. Current plans: Starter at $7.99/month (25 credits), Creator at $19.99/month (250 credits), and Pro at $49.99/month (750 credits). Displayed list prices may show intro pricing. Credits do not roll over. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the account page.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the output generated for your video briefs. You grant us no rights to that content. You retain full responsibility for ensuring generated content complies with YouTube's terms of service and applicable copyright law. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable, or achieve any particular result on YouTube. AI output may be incorrect or inappropriate — always review before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UploadCopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.
