If you turn on timestamped chapters, the description also includes a YouTube chapter list (00:00, 04:20, …) built from the video captions. You can regenerate a single section (titles, tags, or descriptions) later for 0.5 credit without re-running the whole pack.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page and click "Manage billing". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep all remaining credits until then. You won't be charged again after cancellation. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@uploadcopilot.app within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer need the service.

We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. Your video ideas remain private to your account. You can permanently delete your account (and all stored data) from the Account page at any time.

Yes. You own all content generated through your account and can use it freely for commercial purposes — publishing on YouTube, monetising your channel, or anything else. You're responsible for ensuring the content complies with YouTube's terms of service and applicable copyright law. Generated titles and descriptions are original and not copied from other creators.

UploadCopilot uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email address and we'll send you a magic link — click it and you're signed in instantly. Magic links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. You can also sign in with Google for a one-click login. Your account is the same regardless of which method you use, as long as you use the same email address.

How long does a generation take?

Most generations complete in 15–30 seconds. Occasionally, if the AI is under high load, it may take up to 60 seconds. A loading indicator will show while your pack is being prepared — don't close the tab. If a generation times out, you won't be charged a credit and can try again immediately.
